With over a decade of culinary expertise, including victories in four "Executive Chef Wars" and recognition as a runner-up in Chef Carla Hall's "Favorite Chef" competition 2023, I have not only mastered the intricacies of high-end culinary artistry but also dedicated myself to uplifting the culinary community. Passionate about empowering African American chefs fresh out of culinary school, I've spearheaded projects facilitating their employment in reputable kitchens. Additionally, I've created a project to assist seasoned and newly graduated chefs, placed in lower-end kitchen roles, secure opportunities that align with their skill set and experience. My commitment extends beyond professional kitchens; I've passionately engaged in educating families within food desert communities on holistic nutrition, teaching meal prep techniques, and demonstrating the art of cooking what you grow. As a chef, my catering and personal chef services reflect my commitment to excellence, offering award-winning meals and specialized vegan or vegetarian options. I take pride in curating culinary experiences that not only delight but also cater to diverse dietary preferences, ensuring every occasion is a celebration of flavor, health, and creativity.
